• Receiving, Checking and Unpacking All Stock deliveries and receival
• Sort emails into designated categories; ensuring urgent emails to and from Suppliers are responded to same day.

We are seeking someone with experience in serving customers but does not need to be in a retail environment.

The role will be in a craft store and will not be suited to a shy or introverted person as our primary focus is personalised, knowledgeable service, we are not focused on pushy sales or the hard sell.
